With over 25 years of executive leadership across global logistics, international relocation, and non-profit board governance, I offer deep operational expertise and a long-term commitment to serving the International Association of Movers (IAM). Currently serving as Director of Moving at American Fargo in Miami-Dade County, Florida, I direct commercial and household logistics, middle-mile distribution, and international projects supported by more than 150,000 square feet of Class A warehousing space. My leadership focuses on driving sales architecture, operational excellence, and supply chain scalability.

A dedicated advocate for our industry, I have served on the IAM Core Members Management Board as the North American Representative since May 2011. Over nearly fifteen years, I have actively championed member interests while contributing to the strategic direction of IAM’s global network of more than 2,000 member companies across 170 countries. Seeking a seat on the IAM Executive Committee and the responsibility of chairing a Standing Committee is the natural progression of my long-standing service to the association.

My governance credentials are rooted in high-level executive board leadership and industry policy creation. As President, Vice President, and Treasurer of FIDI Canada (2014–2021), I overhauled the association’s bylaws to align with new Canadian non-profit legislation and arbitrated disputes between members. Crucially, I was on the lead group that co-authored the FIDI Professional Cooperation Guidelines (PCGs), the service level agreements and rules of engagement now adopted across multiple international associations, including IAM, as the industry-standard best practices.

Having lived and worked across three continents, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, I bring a unique cross-cultural perspective to managing global teams, vendors, pricing, procurement, and supplier relationships. My operational background spans ISO-standard environments, having served as Sales Manager at AMJ Campbell, General Manager of International Relocations at Matco Moving Solutions, International Relocations Manager at Taylor Moving & Storage, Branch General Manager at Britannia Movers International in the UK, and Assistant International Manager at Gulf Agency Company in Qatar.

By combining multi-regional commercial experience with two decades of direct board stewardship and policy-making within IAM and FIDI, I bring a governance-tested, results-driven perspective to the IAM Executive Committee. I am fully prepared to lead a Standing Committee, protect member interests, and help guide the future of our global association.
