Partner Relations Manager
Removals Inc.
USA
Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, my connection to international moving began long before it became my profession.
In my mid-teens, I had my first experience as an expat when I moved to Prague, Czech Republic, to continue my studies. What began as a move for education became a much larger chapter. I completed my college education there, continued through my MBA, began my career, and eventually started a family in Prague.
My professional journey in the international moving industry began as a Move Coordinator in Prague. Early in my career, I became deeply involved in quality management and industry standards, gaining hands-on experience with FIDI FAIM, EGQS+ and ISO 9001. That interest eventually led me to work as a consultant in quality management and certification within the moving industry, supporting companies across three continents and five countries. Working closely with companies in different markets gave me a valuable perspective on both the challenges we share as an industry and the different ways businesses approach quality, service and continuous improvement.
I later moved into Network Management, overseeing relationships with more than 250 international partners. Over the years, my career has continued to develop across operations, quality and compliance, network development, business development and partner relations. Today, as Partner Relations Manager at Removals Inc., I focus on building and strengthening long-term relationships with around the world.
In 2021, during the global pandemic, international moving became personal for me once again. I moved to the United States at a very different stage of life, this time with an established career and a one-year old child. With the support of my spouse, I found myself once again building a life in a new country.
Experiencing international moves at two very different stages of my life has given me a perspective I deeply value. I understand firsthand the excitement and opportunity, but also the stress, planning, uncertainty and countless small details involved in moving internationally.
At the same time, being part of the international moving industry has taught me that wherever you go, you are never truly a stranger. Our industry is a remarkable community built on relationships that cross borders, cultures and time zones.
Throughout my career, one belief has stayed with me: “We are only as strong as our weakest link.” To me, that has never been about identifying weakness, it is about recognizing our responsibility to strengthen one another. When we build stronger partnerships, maintain high professional standards, communicate openly and share our knowledge and experience, we strengthen the entire network.
Having built my life and career across countries and cultures, I would be honored to bring that perspective, together with my professional experience and passion for the moving industry, to IAM. I look forward to the opportunity to listen, contribute, learn, and be a strong and thoughtful voice for fellow Core Members.
