Lennert de Jong

Gosselin Group

Lennert de Jong

Moving Director · Gosselin Group

I'm Lennert de Jong, 33, Moving Director at Gosselin, where I oversee various regions and services across Europe. Originally from the Netherlands, I'm a proud father to my three-year-old son, James, and currently serve as Chair of the IAM Young Professionals.

I entered the moving industry in 2011 and joined Gosselin in 2019, where I have had the opportunity to grow through a variety of operational and leadership roles. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending festivals, exploring the outdoors, and experimenting with smart home technology.

Serving the IAM Young Professionals community has been one of the most rewarding parts of my professional journey. I remain passionate about creating opportunities for networking, professional development, and meaningful connections across our industry. I look forward to connecting with many of you in the months ahead and wish everyone a successful and busy peak season.

Samantha J. Bushnell

JVK International Movers

Samantha J. Bushnell (Kiser)

Director of Global Partnerships · JVK International Movers

I am the Director of Global Partnerships at JVK International Movers, where I bring over 5 years of professional experience in the international moving industry. I grew up around the business — JVK is a family company, and with my father having over 40 years in the industry, I developed a solid understanding of international moving long before I joined it professionally.

In my role, I manage household goods moves and partnerships across 32 countries in Africa, as well as diplomatic cargo operations spanning over 50 countries in Asia, Africa, and the Pacific Islands. In 2021, I also co-developed JVK's diplomatic cargo tariffs alongside a senior partner.

I'm running for Vice Chair because I want to help build something our members can feel connected to all year long, not just at the annual conference. Our community spans the globe, and I think that's one of our greatest strengths — one we haven't fully tapped into yet. With my background spanning three continents and a deep appreciation for what this industry is built on, I'm ready to bring both a global perspective and a genuine commitment to our members' growth to the Vice Chair role.

Vishal Chandramouli

Verto Mobility Management Services

Vishal Chandramouli

Managing Director · Verto Mobility Management Services Pvt. Ltd.

I have been involved in the relocation and logistics industry since October 2015 and currently serve as Managing Director of Verto Mobility, a total relocation and logistics company headquartered in India. My experience spans international and domestic household goods moves, pet relocation, commercial logistics, and global mobility services.

I hold the IAMTrusted Moving Specialist (ITMS) designation, and Verto Mobility is an IAMTrusted Moving Company member. I also hold certifications in IATA's Live Animal Regulations (LAR), IPATA membership, and most recently completed Worldwide ERC's Global Mobility Specialist – Talent Management (GMS-T) program in May 2026.

I am genuinely passionate about contributing to the IAM community and believe the Young Professionals platform is a meaningful space to drive engagement, share knowledge, and raise the standard of professionalism across our industry — particularly across emerging markets like India.

Lucia Shropshire

Interstate International Inc.

Lucia Shropshire

Director of Global Relocation · Interstate International Inc.

Hi, I'm Lucia Shropshire, Director of Global Relocation with Interstate International in Washington, DC. I've spent over 16 years in the moving and relocation industry, starting at 19 as a summer admin and growing into a director role where I now lead international and domestic operations across DOD, GSA, Department of State, corporate, and private transferee programs.

What drives me most is the people behind the shipments — supporting teams through complex global moves and making sure families, service members, and professionals are taken care of along the way. Outside of work, I'm a wife to my high school sweetheart and a mom of four, which keeps life full in the best way. When I can, I love traveling, dancing, hiking, and being outdoors with my kids.

I am passionate about giving back to the industry that shaped my career, and I'm excited to stay active in the IAM Young Professionals community — helping others grow, build connections, and find their place in this field.
