What Would You Do? Challenge

Every business decision reflects your company's values.

The IAMTrusted: What Would You Do? Challenge is a weekly series of real-world business scenarios drawn from the IAM Code of Ethics. Each week you'll be presented with a situation movers actually face and asked how you would respond. The following week, we reveal the recommended answer and the ethical principle behind it.

The challenge is open to every IAM member company. Only IAMTrusted Moving Companies are eligible to win the grand prize: a reserved meeting table in the IAMTrusted Lounge at the IAM Annual Meeting & Expo in San Diego, California.

Where to Find Each Week's Scenario

Scenarios are published in two places, and the recommended answer follows a week later in the same place. Follow either one to keep up:

Eligibility

  • Open to all IAM member companies.
  • Only IAMTrusted Moving Companies are eligible to win the prize.
  • Every submission must include your name, company, and email address. Entries without these details can't be counted toward the prize.
  • One submission per company, per week. [[CONFIRM]]

Not IAMTrusted yet? The designation signals a real-time commitment to ethical, professional, and accountable business — and it's what makes your company eligible for the prize. Learn how to become IAMTrusted.

How Winners Are Selected

At the end of the challenge, IAMTrusted participants with the most correct answers are entered into the drawing for the grand prize.

Grand Prize

Winners receive a reserved meeting table in the IAMTrusted Lounge at the IAM Annual Meeting & Expo in San Diego, California:

  • Reserved exclusively for your company.
  • Available throughout Expo Hall hours, every day of the conference.
  • Seating for up to four people.

A dedicated space to host customers and business partners for the run of the meeting.

Built on the IAM Code of Ethics

Every scenario traces back to a principle in the IAM Code of Ethics — the standard IAM members commit to, and the one IAMTrusted Moving Companies are held to in real time. Read the IAM Code of Ethics or download the PDF before you start.
