Bangkok received nearly a month’s worth of rain in a single weekend, more than 300 millimeters over two to three days, flooding roads and homes across the Thai capital and prompting the government to close public offices in Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi.
In an update to IAM, Boonma Real Mobility confirmed its offices, warehouses, and storage facilities remain safe and unaffected by the flooding. In an update, the company said several roads remain severely flooded and closed, and that logistics activities may see delays, longer processing times, and periods of congestion over the coming days. Boonma said its operational teams continue to prioritize safety, critical cargo activities, and service continuity, while acknowledging some disruption may be unavoidable.
Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt said Monday that rainfall was beginning to ease, allowing crews to focus on lowering water levels in major canals and accelerating drainage from flooded roads, though about 329,000 households (roughly 700,000 people) remain affected in the capital.
