Sterling, Virginia-based JK Moving Services subsidiary, JK Technology Services (JKTS), has acquired 360 Rigging, a Manassas-based crane and rigging firm serving the tech industry.
In a press release, the company said that the deal expands JKTS’s regional and national reach in the fast-growing technology sector. Headquartered in Northern Virginia, home to over 12 million square feet of data center space, JKTS is building toward becoming a single-source provider for end-to-end data center support and IT relocation, spanning crane rigging, heavy equipment handling, transport, and staging.
