Buenos Aires-headquartered IAMX Validated Lift Van International has announced the acquisition of Autogiro Campos Hnos, based in Uruguay.
In a social media post, Vice President of Lift Van International, Malena Larrambebere, said that the transaction represents an opportunity for the company to continue growing in the region and strengthen their presence in South America.
“Autogiro has built an impeccable reputation in Uruguay, and we are proud to welcome them to the Lift Van family. Patricia Campos will continue to lead operations in Uruguay as General Manager, ensuring continuity, proximity, and the same commitment that her customers know and value,” said Lift Van International.
