Illinois-headquartered IAM member MiniMoves Inc. has promoted Christian Morgan to vice president of client services.
In a press release, MiniMoves said that, with more than a decade of experience at the company, Morgan will be responsible for onboarding new clients, service monitoring, process improvement, escalations, and KPI reporting, along with key strategic partnerships. Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer Scott Ferree, he will also guide the company’s services for the senior-moving market, an important segment for its small-shipment business.
“As more organizations recognize the value of specialized small-shipment moving services, we see significant opportunities to expand our reach,” said John Alianello, president and chief operating officer. “Christian’s experience and collaborative approach will help us build on that momentum.”
