Helsinki-based Pegasus Moving has announced that the company has been acquired by fellow IAM member, the Niemi Group.
In an update to IAM, the company said that the international moving and logistics operations of Niemi and Pegasus will be combined as of June 1, 2026, creating a stronger platform for serving international mobility and logistics clients in Finland and across global markets. As part of the new structure, Juhana Eskelä will take the lead of the new international services unit.
“For our partner network, the most important message is continuity. Ongoing moves, enquiries, and day-to-day cooperation will continue as normal. Our teams will work closely together during the transition to ensure clear communication, aligned routines, and consistent service quality,” said the company.
