AMX Validated Sobolak International has announced that long-time Managing Director Reinhold Karpisek has retired from the company after 33 years, prompting a management reorganization.
In an update to IAM, the Vienna-headquartered company said Karpisek had shaped the company tirelessly as Managing Director for two decades. Following his departure, Jutta Sobolak has taken over the Chief Executive Officer role, representing continuity and a clear strategic direction for the company. In addition, Robert Lozar will also join the leadership team as Operations Manager, supported by Andreas Eibel, who will continue to head sales and daily operations.
