Relocation and moving services company Sirva has formed a strategic alliance with Vialto Partners, a global tax, immigration, and mobility firm, linking its relocation and household goods services with Vialto’s tax and compliance expertise through connected digital platforms.
The partnership combines Sirva’s household goods moving, home sale and purchase assistance, temporary housing, and destination services with Vialto’s tax, immigration, rewards, advisory, and private client services. It covers three customer groups. Individuals using Vialto Direct will get access to Sirva’s global relocation services, and customers of Sirva’s Signature Moves and Home Benefits programs will get access to Vialto’s private client and tax expertise. Small and midsize businesses without dedicated mobility teams will be able to use Vialto’s services through Sirva’s Talent Mover offering and Connect Plus digital platform. Corporate clients that use both companies can deploy an integrated digital system connecting the two.
“Whether someone is managing a personal move or a business is relocating employees, we want to make the experience easier, more connected, and less complex,” said Sirva CEO Carlyn Taylor. Vialto Americas CEO Mike Branca said the alliance would help customers “navigate complex transitions with greater confidence, efficiency, and support.” Sirva operates 77 locations serving more than 190 countries, and its brands include Allied, North American, and Global Van Lines.
IAM Member Impact: The alliance focuses on individuals and small and midsize businesses that move employees without formal relocation programs. Members can expect more competition in this segment from integrated offerings that bundle moving with tax and immigration support.
