A weekly series of real-world business scenarios drawn from the IAM Code of Ethics. Each week you're given a situation movers actually face and asked how you would respond. The following week, we reveal the recommended answer and the ethical principle behind it.

A mover you compete with regularly for corporate accounts calls and suggests you both agree not to bid below a certain rate on RFPs in your shared metro area, "so neither of us loses money".

    Read the week's situation on LinkedIn or in the ePortal and decide how your company would handle it.

    Submit your answer
    Enter your response on the challenge submission form with your name, company, and email address.

    Return the following week
    See the recommended answer, the principle behind it, and the next scenario.

How Winners Are Selected

At the end of the challenge, IAMTrusted participants with the most correct answers are entered into the drawing for the grand prize.

Winners will receive notification of their award and further details concerning their reserved conference table.

Every scenario traces back to a principle in the IAM Code of Ethics — the standard IAM members commit to, and the one IAMTrusted Moving Companies are held to in real time.
