Every business decision reflects your company's values.
A weekly series of real-world business scenarios drawn from the IAM Code of Ethics. Each week you're given a situation movers actually face and asked how you would respond. The following week, we reveal the recommended answer and the ethical principle behind it.
Open to every IAM member company. Only IAMTrusted Moving Companies are eligible to win the grand prize.
A scenario looks like this
A mover you compete with regularly for corporate accounts calls and suggests you both agree not to bid below a certain rate on RFPs in your shared metro area, "so neither of us loses money".
What would you do?
This is an example. Each week’s live scenario is published on LinkedIn and in the ePortal.
