Throughout her career, Rowena has successfully guided finance teams through complex accounting challenges while supporting organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.

Originally from the Philippines, Rowena understands the challenges and opportunities that come with relocating and building a life in a new community. She moved to Colorado in 2007 and later settled in Manassas, Virginia, where she lives with her family.
