Milan-based Franzosini Group 1845 has completed the acquisition and full integration of Franzosini Sud, extending the family-owned mover’s branch network into Naples.

In an update to IAM, the company said that the move, effective Aug. 1, 2026, adds Naples to a network that already spans Milan, Livorno, and Rome, giving Franzosini a continuous footprint across Italy’s northern, central, and southern logistics corridors. In the announcement, group leadership described the integration as an important milestone in its continued growth strategy, aimed at reinforcing comprehensive logistics solutions and local expertise across its expanding territory.

Luca Bosco, who has led the Naples operation, will remain branch manager there and has also joined the Franzosini Group’s board of directors. The announcement, signed by group leaders Max Ajroldi and Francesco Mercadante alongside Bosco, signals continuity of local leadership as the Naples branch is brought under the parent company’s family network.
