IAMX Validated member Graebel has announced a new AI-powered automated claims filing technology developed in partnership with IAMTrusted member, Yembo.
In a press release, the leading workforce mobility and managed services company said that the launch of the solution marks a shift in the moving industry by digitally connecting the claims process to the pre-move visual survey, “creating a seamless ‘visual chain of custody’ for household goods.
Customers can submit claims via a simple SMS link, capturing video evidence immediately upon delivery while the company’s claims teams can view “before” and “after” video evidence for the same item within a single dashboard, reducing back-and-forth and improving accuracy. In addition, inventory numbers and condition reports are automatically connected, eliminating manual searches and duplicate data entry.
